This policy covers the public website at gemercel.com. The Gemercel platform itself — the software our customers sign in to — is governed by the agreements those customers hold with us.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms. Demo requests, contact messages, and newsletter sign-ups send us exactly the fields you see: name, email, and whatever you choose to add (company, phone, message, scheduling preference).
• Ordinary server logs. Like every website, our servers record requests (IP address, page, time) for security and reliability.
• A theme preference cookie. Functional only — it remembers light or dark. No advertising pixels, no third-party analytics, no tracking scripts run on this site.

What we do with it

We use form submissions to do the thing you asked for: arrange your demo, answer your message, or send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to lists you didn’t ask for.

Where it lives

Submissions are delivered to our own customer-relationship system and replied to from our own mail. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the site and respond to you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes get a note on this page, not a silent edit.
