Job work & manufacturing

Steady work. Clear specs.

Take on custom jobs from stores across the network — CAD in, finished piece out, paid on acceptance.

Qualified workshops only — every bench passes the same test.

What you get

A full bench, booked.

The part of job work that usually goes wrong — vague specs, late payment, feast and famine — handled before the ticket reaches you.

Work that keeps coming

Tickets from every store on the network, not one shop's busy season. Steady beats spiky when you're paying a bench.

Specs, not phone calls

Every ticket arrives as CAD with the metal, the stones, the tolerances and the date written down. No back-and-forth to find out what they meant.

Stones arrive with the job

Where the piece needs stones from us, they come with the ticket. You aren't financing someone else's inventory to take the work.

Paid on acceptance

Against a written standard you were shown before you started — not against a mood at a counter you never see.

A scorecard you can see

First-pass rate, turnaround, rework. Good work compounds into more tickets, and you can watch it happen.

Your name, your shop

You keep your own customers and your own book. Nothing here is exclusive, and nothing asks you to close your door to anyone else.

The qualification gate

Earned, then onboarded.

Nobody takes a ticket on a promise. You send one sample piece, our bench grades it, and a six-point checklist decides — in writing, either way.

The six-point checklist

01

Casting soundness

No porosity, no shrinkage, no cold shuts. Clean metal all the way through the section.

02

Prong & setting security

Seats cut true, prongs even and fully closed, stones immovable under a proper push test.

03

Stone integrity

No chips, no abrasions, no heat damage. The stone that went in is the stone that comes out.

04

Finish & polish

Even surfaces, crisp edges, no drag lines, no polish left in the crevices under magnification.

05

Dimensional tolerance

Ring size, band width, head height and gallery match the CAD inside the tolerance on the ticket.

06

Turnaround & communication

The date you accepted is the date it ships — and if something changes, we hear it from you first.

Miss one and you get the finding, not a rejection letter — fix it and send the next piece. Most benches that fail the first time pass the second.

What a ticket looks like

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

The CAD, the metal, the stones, the tolerances, the date. That's the job.

  • The model, dimensioned — not a photo and a guess.
  • Metal, weight and finish spelled out on the ticket.
  • Stones listed piece by piece, arriving with the job.
  • The acceptance standard, visible before you accept.
  • One date, agreed. Changes come from you, early.

Send us your bench.

Tell us what you make and how much of it. If it's a fit, we'll ask for one sample piece and put it in front of our bench.
