Why aren’t the numbers on this page?
Because founding-partner terms are set with each store as it's onboarded, and a number on a page would be a number we hadn't agreed with you. You'll get yours in writing before you commit to anything.
What does “founding-partner” mean?
The first cohort of stores gets its rate locked for as long as it stays subscribed, plus the white-glove migration at no charge. We onboard by hand, in order — which is why there's a list rather than a checkout.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fee — migration is included, it's how we earn the cutover. Month to month, no exit fee, and your data exports in full whenever you ask.
Is Gemercel Tags priced separately?
Yes, and it's the one price we can publish today because it doesn't depend on your store: 45 days free, then $9.99 a month. Tags stands alone — you don't need the platform to use it.
We have four locations / we’re a wholesaler / we’re a lab.
